Each translation job is agreed in detail with the customer.

The project starts  by sending out a countersigned  engagement letter by the customer, summarizing all the conditions (language pair, destination format, terminology, terms of delivery and payment).

The rate of translation can vary depending on the type of document, terminology used and urgency of delivery. Therefore, it is always advisable to request a free estimate without obligation, to agree the best solution.

The basic unit for calculating the final cost of the translation project is the word or the page (a typewritten page of 1500 characters, including spaces, containing approximately 220 source words)

To establish a first word count of the translation project, the customer can use the option: Microsoft Word - Tools - Word Count.

The delivery of the final project can be done in three ways:

-         as e-mail attachment;

-         on CD-ROM or in hard copy by courier;

-         directly at my office in Perugia.
